Children and young people’s services
We care for children and young people in the community up to the age of 19.
Our teams are based across a number of hospital and community sites including Stoke Mandeville, Amersham and Wycombe Hospital.
We provide a range of community-based services including:
- health visiting
- school nursing
- school immunisations
- physiotherapy
- occupational therapy
- speech and language therapy
- community nurses for children with a learning disability
- children looked after (CLA) health team
- community paediatrics
- family nurse partnership
We help your child get the most from their lives and fully develop their potential. Our support covers physical, emotional and educational needs.
We visit schools, do home visits and see children in community centres.
