Public engagement about Community Hubs
The Trust launched its community hubs programme in April 2017, at two pilot sites in Marlow and Thame. This followed an extensive public and patient engagement exercise in 2016 to find out what people wanted from a community hub. The findings informed the development of the pilot hubs.

Safe staffing levels
The Trust ensures that the number and skill mix of nursing and midwifery staff meet patients’ care needs to provide safe and effective care across all clinical areas.
