Falls Prevention
We assess and treat patients in Buckinghamshire who may be at particular risk from falls. Our assessments are for:
- older people who may have had complex and unexplained falls
- those who need the expertise of falls specialists or other healthcare professionals
Our falls prevention pathway can help you access the most appropriate level of assessment and treatment.
What to do if you’re at risk of a fall
Talk to your GP who will refer you to the falls prevention pathway.
