Charity staff welfare projects funded
Below are some more of the staff welfare projects the Trust has been able to fund thanks to the generosity of those who have supported our charity:
- Funding for the Working Longer Project Strategy. The working longer strategy is aimed at retaining nurses over 51+ or encouraging those nurses, who have retired from the Trust, to return. This project enables the HR department to implement a multi-pronged strategy to ensure this valuable group of nurses, which are part of our quality improvement strategy, are retained.
- Continued support for staff health and wellbeing through the provision of counselling and physiotherapy programmes.
