Mondays COVID-19 Seasonal Vaccination Programme: autumn/winter 2024/25.

PLEASE NOTE Appointments are available between 10.00 and 14.00 but can only be booked by calling 119 or booking online.

Flu, Shingles and RSV
Vaccines for older people are available through your GP.

RSV and Pregnant Women
– Please ask your GP or maternity service provider for information about the new vaccination.

School Aged Vaccines:
Flu, MMR, HPV, Meningitis, ACWY, Tetanus, Diphtheria + Polio.

Tuesdays Health Visitor Drop-in

  • 9.30-11.30am for children 0-5 years.
  • Professional advice is available and a baby/child self weigh-in.

Children’s Speech & Language

  • Information about your baby around eating, drinking and speech development Drop-in 3rd Tuesday every month.
  • From 9.30-11.30am

Breast Feeding Advice

  • Weekly 10–11am
  • We have a highly experienced volunteer at Health on the High Street who can listen and offer advice an support.

Health Visitor Group

  • “Getting to know your baby group”
  • Appointments only 1-2pm

The Early Help Information

  • Outreach Officer is here for a monthly drop-in. 9.30 – 11.30 no appt necessary..

Manual Handling Team

  • Offering advice and tips to help people to help themselves. Weekly 2-4pm.
Wednesdays  

Healthy Bucks – Health Check Ups

  • Be Health Bucks provide FREE NHS Health Checks every Wednesday
  • Drop in to the unit for information about their criteria
  • 8am-3pm
  • To book an Appointment Text CHECK to 60777 and they will call you back within 48 hours to arrange.

One Recovery Bucks

  • Drop in for signposting, advice and support
  • Between 12-3pm Every first Wednesday of the month

Brook Sexual Health for Young People (13+)

  • 3.30-4.30pm – no appt needed.
  • Weekly drop-in advice for all things sexual health
  • Register for a c-card (16+ years)
  • FREE condoms & STI testing kits (18+ years).

Health Coaches from the Prehabilitation Team are here for planned appointments every week.

Thursdays Health Visitors Ages & Stages Questionnaire (ASQs) appointments

  • 9.30 – 12.30 (Appt only)

Veteran’s Drop-in

  • 2nd Thursday of the month
  • 10am-1pm
  • (No appt required) Talk with other Veterans, share information and get advice

Community Head Injury service drop-in

  • Every Thursday drop-in for advice or have a chat
  • 3-4.30pm

Unit 33 will be closed on Christmas Eve (24 December) and New Year’s Eve (31 December).

There will be no Headway Group or Community Head Injury Service sessions until the new year.
