Upgrade to Trust phone system

Following an upgrade to the Trust phone system earlier this week some wards and services are experiencing issues with incoming and outgoing calls.

As with all new systems some ‘snags’ have been discovered following the implementation. These issues are being addressed in order of priority.

We apologise if you have experienced difficulties contacting our wards or teams. Please bear with us while we work to ensure the improvements to the phone system are successfully embedded across all areas.

Please note: If you have contacted a ward or service and have left a message for someone to call you back, this may not be possible. If you haven’t heard back in a timely manner, please contact the ward or department apartment again.
