Families welcome extra special gifts this Christmas
Our maternity service welcomed six new babies on Christmas Day at Stoke Mandeville Hospital.
The first baby born on Christmas Day was Baby Byrne*, girl, born at 00:53, weighing 7lb 9oz.
Baby Beaupierre*, boy, was the second baby born at 00:55, weighing 7lb 8oz.
Director of Midwifery for Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust Michelle East said: “Congratulations to the all the families of our Christmas Day babies. Welcoming new arrivals into our world is one of the greatest privileges for our maternity team.”
