COVID-19 vaccination clinics for those with a learning disability or who are autistic
Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust are running COVID jab clinics where the Learning Disability and Autism Liaison Nurses will be available to support people with a learning disability and/or autism.
These are for people who are eligible and have received an invite to book their vaccine.
These clinics will be held on:
- Thursday 31/10/24
- Stoke Mandeville Hospital, near Main Outpatients
- 10am – 1pm
- 2 – 5pm
- Stoke Mandeville Hospital, near Main Outpatients
- Friday 01/11/24
- Amersham Hospital Main Outpatients
- 10am – 1pm
- 2 – 5pm
- Amersham Hospital Main Outpatients
- Thursday 28/11/24
- Stoke Mandeville Hospital main outpatients
- 2 – 5.30pm
