Temporary changes to car parking at Amersham Hospital
From Monday 18 March 2024 the main car park for patients and visitors at the front of Amersham Hospital (alongside Whielden Street and next to Entrance 2) will be closed.
Patients and visitors will still be able to park at the front of the hospital in the car park which has previously been reserved for staff – please use the pay & display machines as directed on site. Hospital staff have been directed to use other parking areas at the back of the site.
These changes to car parking arrangements are to allow for a new MRI and CT scanning modular unit to be installed at the hospital.
The Trust apologies for any inconvenience these changes may cause. It is hoped the car parks will revert back at the end of August.
Please note: there’s an additional smaller patient car park behind the building, or visitors can also park on the road at the front of the hospital which has a limited number of parking spaces.
