Trust telephone switchboard issues resolved

All issues with our phonelines have now been resolved.

All service and department numbers into the Trust should be working as usual.

If you can’t get through and have any concerns, or are in labour, please come straight to labour ward at Stoke Mandeville Hospital.

Please note:

• The phoneline problems are affecting the number of calls we can answer and some of our direct dial numbers.
• To keep lines free for those that really need them, please only call us if you need to speak to someone urgently either about yourself or a loved one.
• If you are calling to see if your appointment is still going ahead, you should attend as planned unless we have contacted you directly to advise that your appointment has been postponed.
