Nominations are invited for the Trust’s People’s Choice Award
The Trust is inviting nominations for the People’s Award for Personal and Compassionate Care. This award recognises those who have made a significant and memorable difference to the lives and experiences of patients and their families in outpatient, inpatient or community settings, during the last 12 months.
We’re keen to hear from patients, carers, families and members of our local community who wish to nominate a team or individual from the Trust who they feel deserves special recognition for delivering exceptional care.
This special award is part of the Trust’s annual One Team, One Goal Awards which recognise those who have provided an outstanding contribution on behalf of Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust.
To make your nomination you will need to tell us, in 200 words or less, who you want to say thank you to and why.
Ways to submit your nomination:

- By email – Or download a nomination form to complete and return via email to m.earley@nhs.net
- By post – send your nomination to: Maria Earley, CMEC Office, Wycombe Hospital, Queen Alexandra Road, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, HP11 2TT.
Please make sure you include the full name of individual, team or service you are nominating and their ward, team or department (if you know this). In addition, please include your own name, address and contact details.
Nominations are open until 31 March 2022 at 9am.
