Occupational Therapy virtual advice sessions

We’ve improved our Occupational Therapy virtual services to offer more personalised and accessible support. Our goal is to provide parents, carers, and educational professionals with high-quality advice to help children and young people thrive.

How to access our services

To access support, please follow these steps:

  1. Attend the webinars we provide that match your child’s needs.
By doing so before submitting a request, we can use the advice session to give more tailored guidance.
  2. Complete our online request form.
Each request should focus on one specific area of support.
  3. Receive your session allocation.
Once we receive your request, we’ll review the information you’ve provided and then invite you to the most suitable support for your child.

Support sessions

We offer three types of support via MS Teams:

  • Group sessions (1 hour) Collaborative learning sessions to share ideas, learn new strategies, and exchange best practices with others.
  • Individual sessions (30 minutes) One-to-one consultations with a clinician to gain more specific advice.
  • Signposting sessions (up to 30 minutes) – Guidance on accessing relevant resources and services.
