In this resource download you will find the activity sheets; Memory, Perception, Using two hands, Hand skills, Letter formation, Body awareness and co-ordination, Ball skills and Balance.

Choose the sheet or sheets identified from the flow charts which can be found in the Occupational Therapy Information and Screening Resource.

Each sheet contains various activities that can be carried out by the child with adult support. This can be done on a one to one or with a small group of children who have all been identified through the screening flow charts.
