Please note

We can only see patients with a pre-booked appointment. The only exceptions to this are:

  • Urgent blood tests:
    • If you have been referred by your GP for an urgent blood test you can attend any blood test clinic without pre-booking.
      • Please check that your GP has sent an urgent blood test request electronically to the hospital.
    • If they haven’t, your GP will give you your urgent blood test referral paperwork which you will need to bring with you to the clinic you attend.
  • Outpatients: If you have been asked to have a blood test by a hospital consultant during your outpatient appointment you can attend the blood test clinic without pre-booking in order to have a blood test before you leave the hospital.
