The People’s Award for Personal and Compassionate Care recognises those who have made a significant and memorable difference to the lives and experiences of patients and their families in outpatient, inpatient or community settings, during the last 12 months.

Nominations from Patient, Carers, Family or Friends of the Patient, Or Visitors or Members of the Public ONLY.

The nomination can be for an individual or a team.
