 Outstanding Leadership award Recognises compassionate leaders who support their team(s) and the objectives of the organisation, consistently role modelling BHT leadership behaviours and CARE values

 Kindness award Recognises an extraordinary act of kindness for our patients or colleagues or a consistent demonstration of positive, compassionate, and kind interactions with our patients or colleagues

 Outstanding Acute Care award For individuals or teams who have demonstrated consistently high-quality clinical care and patient outcomes in an acute setting

 Outstanding Community Care award For individuals or teams who have demonstrated consistently high-quality clinical care and patient outcomes in a community setting

 Non-clinical service award For an individual or team working within a non-clinical support service that deliver above the expectations of patients or colleagues.

 Improvement award Recognises any improvement or research project or development in any setting, in particular those with lasting impact or those related to the Trust’s Breakthrough Objectives

 Learning and Education award Recognises those who participate in formal and non-formal educational programmes or activities to further clinical and non-clinical practice, promoting knowledge and learning across the organisation

 Volunteer of the year award Awarded to an individual or team of volunteers who have made a positive contribution to BHT in the last 12 months

 Lifetime Contribution award Celebrates the exceptional long-term contribution of a colleague. They will have made a lasting impression, demonstrating a passion for the NHS, and outstanding achievements in their chosen field to date.
