Heart Failure Awareness Day at Unit 33
Join Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust’s Heart Failure Team at Unit 33 as they raise awareness during Heart Failure Awareness Days 2025 (5-11 May).
The Heart Failure Specialist Nursing Team will be present on the day to offer blood pressure checks, informational leaflets, and to simply have a chat with anyone who would like to learn more.
