Patients with a suspected cardiac condition which requires immediate specialist attention will be assessed in the CSRU 24 hours a day and will be admitted to the inpatient cardiac services at Wycombe Hospital is appropriate.
Cardiac prevention and rehabilitation nurse specialist team
The CPRNS team will provide practical and emotional support to patients and their families. The service is available to patients who have a diagnosis of heart disease or heart failure or who are undergoing cardiac surgery.
