We have set out our strategy and plans for how we intend to achieve this and we are measured and monitored by our Trust Board and a range of other agencies to ensure that we meet our performance standards.
Read our latest Quality Accounts to see how we are doing.
Our patients are our most important gauge as to our success and we take very seriously patient feedback on our performance.
According to our ‘patient experience tracker’ which collates patient feedback from across the trust 93% of patients are likely or extremely likely to recommend the care they received from our staff.

Continuing improvement
We know that we do many things well.
Quality improvement is at the heart of all our activity. Our quality improvement strategy provides us with a framework and focus to continue making improvements to meet our three goals:
To reduce mortality, reduce harm, and ensure a great patient experience.
Our programme of continuous improvement will help us keep our promises to our patients and deliver safe and compassionate care, every time. It will also help us provide the right care, in the right place at the right time, first time.
