The thyroid and endocrine surgery unit provides a complete diagnostic, treatment and follow-up service for patients with thyroid problems. 

Patients can be seen at either Stoke Mandeville or Wycombe hospitals in specialist clinics. We are the only unit in the UK offering daycase and minimal access thyroid surgery where appropriate.

Parathyroid surgery, including minimally invasive parathyroid surgery is provided following advanced diagnostics from our specialist radiology team. We are one of the few UK centres to offer minimal access parathyroid surgery, which is a day case procedure.
