How do I make an appointment?

You can access the clinic directly without having to be referred by your GP.

Telephone the clinic on 01494 425430 where our reception staff will be happy to make an appointment for you, or advise you of the next walk-in clinic if you prefer. 

What do I do if I want to change or cancel an appointment?

Please contact the clinic on the number above so we can rearrange it for you, and your appointment can be given to another patient. 

What time should I arrive for my appointment?

Where possible, please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment in order to complete the registration paperwork.

How long will I be?

We advise all patients that they should expect to be in the department for up to two hours.
