Waterside and Chartridge unit

The Waterside and Chartridge unit is a community facility situated within Amersham Hospital. The 26 - 38 bedded unit provides a rehabilitation service including physiotherapy and occupational therapy for patients after leaving the acute ward and before going home or to a future placement. The unit also provides palliative and end of life care.
