2 August 2010
Following the integration with Community Health Buckinghamshire on 1 April, Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust is looking at service changes and how we can improve the patient and carer experience and efficiency of care. The Trust would like to invite carers from across the county to a workshop event on Thursday 19 August, from 10am – 12.30pm in Amersham.
Carers’ Voice is an opportunity for anyone caring for a friend or relative to share their views and ideas on how Buckinghamshire Healthcare can improve communication with them and help access information.
If you are a carer looking after someone who relies on you for help with daily life and medical care or just advice and support, this workshop will give you the chance to share your views on what information you need and how best we can get it to you.
This interactive event is free and will include information stands from Bucks Carers and social care, with details on resources available to you.
If you would like to attend or require more information, please call 01494 734952 to book your place. Once you have made your booking, you will be sent a programme and advised of the exact location.
ENDS.
