Contact the press office

All media enquiries and filming or photography requests should be
made to the press office. Please contact a member of the communications team by calling 01494 734959, or sending an email.

For urgent out-of-hours enquiries, please call our switchboard on 01296 315000 and ask for the senior manager on-call.

Interviews

All requests for interviews with Trust staff must be made through the communications department. Please call 01494 734959, or email the communications team with your request which we will deal with as soon as possible.

Please be advised we are unable to facilitate any student requests.

Condition checks

Condition checks can only be given if you have the name of the individual concerned, plus their age/date of birth or an address. Only basic information about a patient's condition will be provided. Please contact the communications team on 01494 734959.

Confidentiality and consent

The confidentiality of our patients and staff is very important to us.
We will not provide any information about an individual without their prior consent, or consent from their next-of-kin.

Filming and photography

All requests to take photographs or film on Trust premises or with staff in their professional capacity must be made through the communications department. An application form should be completed and emailed to the communications department.
